1. Returns

Customized or special-order products are non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items
